Perhaps we get depressed or anxious by what’s behind us or in front of us or maybe the path we’re on fades away, or maybe we’ve lost our way. You are not alone on this journey. Therapy is a powerful way to find yourself again, to restore hope in yourself and your innate capacity to thrive.

Our bodies are integral to the healing process and that’s where Somatic Therapy can make the biggest difference. Somatic Therapy is at heart about including the whole person in therapy. Often therapy is a lot of talk, Somatics involves how you move, grow, express and use your body as a resource. Our work together is to harness that resource and help you find your way again.
